Frameless solar panels for Sunna Design Streetlight pole
Frameless solar panels with cut solar cells for Sunna Design Integrated Solar Streetlight pole to achieve maximum efficiency and design integrity. Combined glass / backsheet panel technology together with white backsheet was used to achieve aesthetics and seamless integration to a modern all white lighting pole design. With 48 hours or up to 5 days (depending on lighting program and location) of autonomy this is an fully off-grid solar lighting solution which will operate perfectly in very high temperatures.
Solar solution powered bollard for garden and park lighting
Custom solar solution, covering cut cell tailor made solar panel together with custom junction box to achieve required electrical characteristics and desired lighting schedule. Bollard lighting schedule is split in 6 hours evening and 2 hours of morning working time. Custom panels are integrated in metal or wooden bollards, mainly designed for illuminating walkways and pathways of parks, gardens or other spaces. Combination of green power and elegant design exceeds standard solar walkway illumination solutions with aesthetic appearance and brightness (330 lm).
Autonomous solar bar table with lighting, phone charging and other applications inside
Aesthetic full black oval shaped solar module with autonomous power source was just a part of a solution we provided. Alongside custom shaped solar module we carefully picked and combined all components needed and electrical part as well. Together with USB plugins for charging mobile devices, this solar table is seamlessly integrated with lighting option in the center and perimeter of a table. Further smart control system is due to be developed.

Full custom power solution for post office box lighting. Solution covered a set of glass / backsheet solar module with cut solar cells, charger and a battery. Charger and battery is hidden inside the top of the mailbox.
Cut monocrystalline solar cell panels for PRIESS stand-alone solar bollard
Cut in several long and narrow pieces, monocrystalline solar cells was used for tailor made panel, which was integrated in 100% stand-alone bollard. The solution to cut cells in this particular way was chosen to achieve as much power and efficiency as possible from such small space. The triangular shape of bollard was also picked not by accident – the module side faces to sun and outside of walkway, while the back side of this luminaire fits modern and aesthetic surroundings, which can be seen in United Arab Emirates (UAE) where these bollards was successfully installed.
Off-grid street lighting pole solution for Priess
Custom panel solution for Priess street lighting poles mainly installed in United Arab Emirates (UAE). The solution fits perfectly together with the same geometry triangular solar bollard. Full cell solar modules are located on one or two out of three sides of a pole, based on energy needs and geographic location. As this lighting solution is self sufficient – it needs no underground cables to function.
Custom shaped small solar panels for Priess street lighting solution
Metsolar provided custom solar solution for Priess Skyline street lighting series. This lighting pole stands out with its complex solutions for smart cities. Various plugins can be integrated to this street light, from Wifi to CCTV and charging units. Depending on the needs for integration of smart solutions – power options needed to be flexible as well. Solar cells can be integrated from 1 to 6 sides of this street pole, providing additional power capacity if needed. Our manufacturing facilities are able to meet this differentiating need for green energy.
Solar panels for classical and modern architecture roof tiles
Lightweight, shock and UV resistant solar tiles for roof integration. The custom solar panel solution was delivered for Luxol Photovoltaics. This tile is designed to fit both with modern and classical roofing styles. Solar panels using glass/glass technology, that are being integrated to tile, ensures needed characteristics similar to terracotta tiles.
Van Bloo wooden solar bollard – 100% green energy lighting solution
Custom made small solar modules with cut solar cells was used for this fully autonomous lighting product. Black cut solar cells and black backsheet were used to achieve seamless integration design feel while focusing on optimal price range for solar solution. This wooden outdoor lamp comes in three different heights (90cm, 120cm, 150cm) and lighting autonomy from 5 to 10 hours, depending on location its installed. Environmentally friendly design fits from lighting residential backyards to ranches, parks and other urban spaces.
