Quality
Quality
Our key focus is to deliver outstanding quality while meeting highly customized demands for solar solutions. In order to meet European quality standards – we carefully inspect every product we manufacture with our in-house photovoltaics testing laboratory capacity.
Testing
UV exposure can cause damage to various materials and impact their performance. Many factors, including colour change, delamination, fading, yellowing, cracking, peeling, brittleness and loss of strength can all occur under UV exposure. The purpose of this test is to determine if exposure of particular materials to radiation over an extended period of time causes any degradation in their properties.
Climatic tests simulate an impact of real time ageing over shorter time and allow the manufacturer to predict the real time performance of the product or material. The test chambers are available for basic temperature and humidity tests to accelerated ageing testing in a variety of specimens’ sizes. Tests covers temperatures from -72°C to +180°C and relative humidity testing from 5% to 97% above 25°C temperature.
This test is designed to detect currents on electrical systems, equipment or insulating materials exposed to moisture, humidity and for determination of product insulation quality (damaged insulation, stray wire strands, conductive or corrosive contaminants and cable fractures).
Electroluminescence test highlights the defects within the solar cells in the module that cannot be detected with visual inspection only. It is done before and after the lamination process to ensure the highest quality standard for the final product.
Determines the electrical parameters of the solar panel (rated power, current, voltage etc.)
Used for light soaking and pre-conditioning of the solar panels. Also for some indoor testing of the panels when the weather conditions do not allow to the test outside.
Ribbon adhesion strength to solar cell after soldering test determines the quality of the soldering. Spectral response testing of the solar cell allows to evaluate IQE, EQE and other solar cell parameters which determine their quality and performance.
Used for Gel Content tests of the encapsulates used for lamination process. GC determines the polymerization degree of the encapsulate (EVA, POE) which is crucial factor for long term performance of the solar panel.
