Scandinavian PV façade system

Remarkable Scandinavian facade system are designed in a manner, that it can be mounted on top of an existing or a newly built facade or even integrated to an existing facade solution. Moreso, some parts of a facade can directly be replaced by solar panels.

This facade can be easily mounted and fixated with stainless steel hooks or is available with other fixation options. Moreover, Metsolar provides plenty of design and sizing options for this facade system. This solution is designed to blend in, therefore we developed lightweight glass/backsheet solar panels in 3 different sizes and shapes, and other design options are available on demand. Size of these modules are adapted to the facade systems so they become an integrated element of the facade rather than an addition.

And in order to attain required visual customization to achieve required blending options for different facades we used low gloss solution. Satin non-gloss satinated glass is used for this facade, where gloss of such modules stays below 10.
